Rules of Use

You acknowledge and agree that you will not use any of the services provided by VidPlay for purposes that violate any relevant national laws. Otherwise, you will bear all legal consequences that may arise from it;
You acknowledge and agree that you will not add any remote protocols, cloud drives, or media services (referred to as "services") that contain illegal content or copyright infringement. Adding "services" is a personal act and has nothing to do with this app. Otherwise, you will bear all legal risks and consequences that may arise;
You acknowledge and agree that you will not download or record any videos that contain illegal content or copyright infringement. Downloading videos is a personal act and has nothing to do with this app. Otherwise, you will bear all legal risks and consequences that may arise;
You acknowledge and agree that you have not submitted any false information or materials to VidPlay, and you have not deliberately concealed any illegal content that may exist in the "services" you added. Otherwise, you will bear all consequences arising therefrom;
You acknowledge and agree that the "services" you added guarantee that you have full and independent intellectual property rights, including but not limited to appearance design, copyright, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and will not be used for any unauthorized products or services;
You acknowledge and agree that we may collect and use technical or diagnostic information about you and the streaming links you added when needed through technical means, and the collected information will be used to improve our service and enhance our service quality. We will not share or sell your information and content to other organizations;
You acknowledge and agree that you will not use abnormal means such as cracking, intercepting requests, or reverse engineering to modify this app. Otherwise, you will bear all legal risks and consequences that may arise.

Pricing

The core features of VidPlay, such as adding WebDav sharing, video player, favorites, and history, are all free. We also offer VidPlay Pro version, which aims to meet the needs of professional users for more customized features while maintaining our development effort.

Service Availability

When using the same Apple ID on multiple devices, please follow the device limitations mentioned in the official "Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions" document.

We reserve the right to handle serious violations of these terms, including but not limited to deleting unlocked content.

Cloud Services

We do not provide content for cloud services or streaming media services. The cloud (remote, multimedia) services in the app are implemented based on open interfaces. Please be sure to read the relevant service agreements before using.

Refunds

We apologize to hear that you would like a refund. However, the developer is not responsible for refunds. You can directly contact the Apple support team for refund processing, and some information can be found here.

Changes to these Terms of Use

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
